Founded in 2000, Collaborative Neuroscience Research (CNS Research) has grown to become one of the largest clinical research providers in the country, and the largest in Southern California. CNS Research has extensive experience in psychiatry, neurology, internal medicine, healthy subject, and early phase trials.
CNS Research operates three outpatient clinics located in Garden Grove, Long Beach, and Torrance. Additionally, its Long Beach facility offers a Clinical Pharmacology Unit (CPU) specially designed for early phase research as well as a new Asian inpatient unit and a Joint Commission-accredited Psychiatric Health Facility.
CNS Research offers an outstanding team of experts who oversee the setup and conduct of each clinical study. Dr. David Walling, CEO and Principal Investigator, has participated as a lead or co-investigator in hundreds of Phase I-IV clinical studies, with many focusing on schizophrenia, an indication for which he has KOL status. He has extensive experience advising leading pharmaceutical sponsors in the design and analysis of clinical trials in all phases. Dr. Larry Ereshefsky, CSO, Early Phase Development, is an internationally recognized thought leader in clinical translational central nervous system research. Under their leadership, CNS Research is well-positioned to provide the scientific guidance and operational expertise needed to ensure the success of its clinical research.
CNS Research has a long history of consistent subject recruitment and retention. With locations in ethnically diverse metropolitan areas, a subject database with 90,000 individuals, and an experienced dedicated recruitment staff comprised of 20+ outreach and recruitment specialists, CNS Research is well-positioned to meet enrollment goals within timelines.
In 2010, CNS Research welcomed the addition of Pacific Research Partners, a Northern California division in Oakland.
